INTRODUCTION
Magnificent Egos, a business unit of Magnificent Egos Apparel LLC, may provide you with various opportunities to make purchases through the Magnificent Egos online store Web site and ME Services. These Purchasing Terms describes the rules and policies associated with purchases made on or for the Magnificent Egos online store Web site and ME Services. By using the Magnificent Egos online store Web site and ME Services, you agree to the terms contained in these Purchasing Terms.

PAYMENTS
Advanced payment in full by credit card is required for all orders. Magnificent Egos will accept payment via MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Magnificent Egos also accepts Pay Pal. Magnificent Egos does NOT accept mail-in payments. Please do not send cash, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. All prices are subject to change from time to time at Magnificent Egos' sole discretion. Price changes will be posted.


ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days.
To ensure that orders are shipped within this timeframe, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at Magnificent Egos we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. With that in mind, purchases made online may be returned or exchanged at Magnificent Egosusa.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. Items purchased from a Magnificent Egos retailer may only be returned to that retailer under their policies. Do not send items purchased in other stores back to us.


Please Note: The following items are not eligible for return: Artwork, Jewelry, Lingerie, Media (CDs, DVDs, etc.), and Swimwear.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.


Magnificent Egos will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Magnificent Egos (see Undeliverable Packages for details). Magnificent Egos will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Magnificent Egos is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order.


Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.): All packages are shipped within 1 to 2 business days where available. All orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. Shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. The typical delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days. Magnificent Egos does not ship to PO boxes. Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Magnificent Egos is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order.


BACKORDERS
Magnificent Egos Online Store allows backorders and pre-orders. From time to time, some items on an order may not be available to ship at the same time. In this case, magnificent Egos will ship available items per normal and ship delayed items when available. If all of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including tax, gift wrap, and shipping and handling).
If some, but not all, of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will ship only the items that are available in stock first, followed by out-of-stock items when they are available. You will be charged sales tax for items as they are available to ship.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Magnificent Egos, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Magnificent Egos will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the items that were undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.

STATE SALES TAX

In accordance with state laws, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, which includes gift wrap, shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

For your planning and convenience, we display exact sales tax amount when orders are placed and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is placed.

CHANGES TO THESE PURCHASING TERMS
Magnificent Egos may occasionally update these Purchasing Terms. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the Purchasing Terms. You understand that Magnificent Egos reserves the right to make these changes and that you are responsible for regularly reviewing this Purchasing Terms, as posted on this Web site. Continued access to or use of the Magnificent Egos online store Web site and ME Services after any such change shall constitute your consent to such change.
